Since 2008, AECI 1 has prepared South Bronx students for college and careers in the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. Our students master a rigorous academic core — then go further, drafting by hand, modeling in AutoCAD and Revit, and presenting portfolios that win seats at top design programs.
We believe every student has the potential to be a successful student and citizen — and every staff member works to make sure each student's academic, emotional, and social development is supported, cultivated, and challenged.

A rigorous college-prep sequence with double periods of Math and ELA in 9th grade, Regents preparation, and up to 22 college credits through Syracuse University Project Advance (SUPA).
THEME / AEC STUDIO
Architecture Program
A four-year studio sequence — Architectural Drawing, Drafting & AutoCAD, Revit 1 & 2, and Portfolio — that graduates students with industry-recognized skills firms actively recruit for.
